Returns Policy

Please read the information below carefully.

Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Damage Or Defects

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the product has been received.

Errors On Our Part

If we have shipped items that are the wrong size, color, or design compared to your submitted order, we will accept a return covered at our expense. See below for conditions.

Address Errors

Shoppers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the provided address is considered insufficient by our couriers, the shipment will be returned to our facility and we will notify you of the error. Unclaimed shipments may also be returned to us. In either case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you choose to refuse reshipment, payment for the ordered item/s, including tax and shipping, may not be refunded at our sole discretion, and the items may be donated to charity or restocked, also at our sole discretion.

Sealed Goods

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. We may accept exchanges. See below.

Exchanges

If seeking an exchange for items that are not damaged, defective, or fulfilled erroneously on our part, you must first contact us at support@howdoyouvote.com. Please provide the item name/s, link/s to the item/s if possible, color/s, and size/s you would like to have in exchange of the original order. Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping and any cost additions between  the original order and the items requested in exchange, minus any cost differences between the original order and the items requested in exchange. The Returned items must satisfy the Item Conditions below.

Item Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  1. Item/s must be unworn and unwashed. If the item has been worn at all or the tag was removed, it will not qualify for a return.
  2. Item/s with stains of any kind, including but not limited to pet or food stains; or items contaminated with odors of any kind, including but not limited to pet odors, cigarette smoke, marijuana or marijuana smoke, deodorant, etc., will not qualify for a return.
  3. Closeout, final sale, and clearance items are ineligible for return.

Notification for EU Customers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.


General Notification

We will send to you an email notification upon receipt of your return. Allow at least 5 business days to review the items and order.

Returns sent to any other address will not be refunded. Do not use this address for any correspondence other than product returns. All other correspondence sent to this address will be returned to the sender.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
